Sean Nicholas Savage shares new cut "Nothing As It Seems"
Sean Nicholas Savage has shared his latest Life Is Crazy outing, "Nothing As It Seems".
"Nothing As It Seems" is the fourth single to be shared from his upcoming album, arriving after "A Moment", "I Believe In Everything" and "Thrill Me".
The track features piano by Marcin Masecki, strings by Owen Pallett and operatic vocal by Lulu Hughes, and is accompanied by a visual directed by JJ Weihl and Johnathan Jarzyna.
Savage's forthcoming Life Is Crazy album was created during his transition to theatre, and will follow on from 2018's Screamo.
The singer/songwriter chose not to include any drums or bass on his new LP. He says, "For a fresh direction here, i've attempted to reduce the focus to just songwriting and singing. Particularly contemplative ballads, which through the years remain closest to my heart. I've aimed for a vocal spirit and energy that closely resembles my live performance, which is an integral part of my identity as an artist not always represented in my recorded work."
