Sam Smith joins Cat Burns on new version of "go"
South London's Cat Burns has recruited Sam Smith to feature on a new version of her 2020 single "go".
Cat Burns originally released "go" in 2020, and following various versions, remixes and collaborations with Russ Millions and Loski, Cat Burns has teamed up with Sam Smith for the latest version.
Smith said of the collaboration, "I came across Cat’s music earlier this year and I was immediately moved and refreshed by her honesty, incredible technique and delivery as a vocalist. I am so thankful to be a very small part of this special song and moment. Cat is a gift to us all."
Cat Burns added, "What an honour and pleasure it was to work with Sam! They were super lovely and added an extra level of special to the song which is clear to hear!"
The collaboration marks Smith's first outing since April's "Love Me More".
