Saint Saviour shares new track "Paris"
Saint Saviour has shared new song "Paris" as the seventh single to be lifted from her first LP in six years, Tomorrow Again.
"Paris" is the seventh track to be released from Saint Saviour's forthcoming album, arriving after last month's Bill Ryder-Jones collaboration "Home", "Breton Stripe", "For My Love", "Wake Me", "Rock Pools" and Badly Drawn Boy collaboration "The Place I Want To Be".
Becky Jones, aka Saint Saviour, says of the new release, "Originally my reference song was "Such Great Heights" by The Postal Service, which is one of my favourite love songs ever. John built up a really fun electronic track around it but as the album took shape we realised it stuck out a bit too much. Maybe we will use it as a remix version, but we had to start from scratch again to make something which felt more akin to the rest of the album, making something a bit more acoustic and gentle."
Tomorrow Again will be Saint Saviour's first album in six years, following on from 2014's In The Seams.
