Ryan Adams delivers lead single "F*ck The Rain" with John Mayer guitar solo
"F*ck The Rain", featuring a guitar solo from John Mayer, is the lead single from Big Colors, the first of three albums landing from Ryan Adams this year.
There's barely been a breath between Ryan Adams projects flying out. Earlier today he appeared on Jenny Lewis' new single "Red Bull & Hennessy", and has now dropped his own lead single from Big Colors.
"Fuck The Rain" is one of 15 tracks to feature on Big Colors, an album co-produced with Beatriz Artola, and the first of three albums Ryan Adams has teased will be landing this year.
The new single even features a guitar solo from John Mayer. Bob Mould, Benmont Tench, Don Was, and The Section Quartet will also appear on Big Colors, which was recorded between Electric Lady Studios, Capitol Studios and Adams’ own PAX-AM.
Big Colors will be his first album since 2017's Prisoner. Last year he released a Valentine's Day inspired single "Baby I Love You".
So far Ryan Adams has only revealed details of Big Colors and Wednesdays.
