Roskilde adds more acts to 2015 lineup
Roskilde has announced a big wave of new acts, including Noel Gallagher, Mastodon and First Aid Kit.
Roskilde Festival’s Anders Wahrén said of the announcements:
"Noel Gallagher and Mastodon have been among the most requested rock artists this season, and with names like Kygo and Jamie xx among today's announcement we also focus on the new generation of artists who we believe are going to meet very big crowds at this year's Roskilde Festival. We’re still looking to confirm 91 more acts, including several headliners and of course lots of undiscovered bands from all over the musical world map. This is probably one of the most exciting and thrilling periods of the season when the huge booking jigsaw puzzle is about to fall into place. We expect to announce the full line-up with all 169 artists by the end of March, and we’re confident that the 2015 line-up will live up to our guests’ dream and high expectations.”
Mastodon (US), Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds (UK), First Aid Kit (SE), Kygo (NO), Jamie xx (UK), Bikstok (DK), Tom Zé (BRA), Benjamin Booker (US), Beyond Pink (SE), Cabo San Roque (ES), Clark (UK), De Underjordiske (DK), Electric Eye (NO), Fossils (DK), Lydia Ainsworth (CA), Ratking (US), Sabir Khan (IN), Slaughter Beach (DK), Specktors/Nonsens (DK), Steve Gunn (US), Susanne Sundfør (NO), The Entrepreneurs (DK), Ukendt Kunstner (DK) and Wangel (DK).
