Roskilde 2015 announces first acts
Roskilde 2015 has announced its first wave of acts, including Danish indie-pop monoliths Mew and metal stalwarts Lamb Of God.
The Danish festival is always a shining beacon of brilliance in the festival season, and with the immensely varied first wave of acts, it aims to better 2014 from the off.
Anders Wahrén, one of the chief bookers at Roskilde, said:
"We were happy to land the first artist deals in the last weeks, so we decided to start the season earlier than ever before... And as we're able to announce Lamb of God, who finally makes their debut at Roskilde Festival, and also Mew, who plays their only Danish festival concert here, we would almost wish that summer was just around the corner. We think that these first nine artists in the 2015 line-up reflect the relevance and versatility, which is one of our festival's most important features."
