Rosie Lowe guests on new Machinedrum song "What Is This"
Rosie Lowe joins up with Machinedrum on a new dreamy electro single called "What Is This".
The track follows "U Betta" and "The Higher Self", two tracks released earlier this month, and last year's Human Energy record.
"Rosie and I originally wrote this tune a few years ago in a London studio," says Machinedrum. "It was originally quite sombre and slow moving, a song about learning to trust the ones you love and to let go of jealousy. It also deals with obsession and all the confusing emotions you get when you first fall in love. When I was working on Human Energy I pulled up the vocals from that session and decided to give them new life. We are so happy to finally share this very special song with the world!"
Lowe revealed to us back in April that she was hard at work on her second record, telling us that she "can’t wait to get new music out..."
