Robyn shares short documentary featuring new track "Missing U"
Swedish superstar Robyn is gearing up for an immense return, and her forthcoming single "Missing U" is featured on her seven-minute documentary that is a message to her fans.
Robyn has been laying low with her solo material. Her last album Body Talk arrived in 2010, and since then fans have been reeling over Robyn and her pop prowess, awaiting eagerly for her solo return.
Last week there were rumours flying around about a new Robyn track, and last Friday (27 July) Robyn confirmed that "Missing U" was coming on 1 August.
Today she has shared a seven-minute documentary that acts as a message to her fans, as she stated on Twitter, "A Message To My Fans is out now and dedicated to all of you."
Directed by Danilo Parra, the documentary follows Robyn and gives a little insight to what she has been up to, and will undoubtedly get fans on the edge of their seats for the popstar's return.
Last year a snippet of a track called "Honey" was used on HBO's Girls.
Aside from that Robyn has been collaborating and featuring on other artists' tracks, including Metronomy, Todd Rundgren, and she also posted clips of her working in the studio with Zhala.
"Missing U" is out 1 August.
