Robyn plays surprise show in New York, revealing next record is "almost there"
Robyn made an appearance at New York's Red Bull Music Festival, debuting the full version of "Honey".
Kindness' Adam Bainbridge sat Robyn down at the Red Bull event, which resulted in the unveiling of two demo recordings of her big hits, "Be Mine" and "Dancing On My Own".
Among the demos was also the reworked version of "Honey", which Robyn explained debuted on Lena Dunham’s tv show Girls in 2017. Having still not released the full version, the Swedish singer/songwriter explained she "wasn't happy" with the first recording, and how "It becomes more important to get it to a place where I made it to what I wanted it to be."
