RITUAL recruit Tove Styrke to navigate through a maze of feelings on new banger "Love Me Back"
London trio RITUAL link with Sweden's Tove Styrke to deliver tender club groove "Love Me Back".
The new collaboration between RITUAL and Tove Styrke arrives as the first new material from the London trio since they released an acoustic version of "Josephine" last year.
For Tove Styrke, "Love Me Back" is her first new material since last year's Sway record.
"Love Me Back" will undoubtedly be a certified banger having been co-written with the Grammy-nominated Emily Warren (she co-wrote Dua Lipa's "New Rules").
The new single will feature on RITUAL's forthcoming Dreamers Never Learn record. Explaining it in more detail, RITUAL's Adam Midgely says, "Musically, I see it as somewhere between a modern electronic pop brand that has features with big artists - like a Daft Punk, Disclosure or Marshmello. But one that also has a very real soul and depth, with meaning and emotion behind the lyrics that are all inter connected. And there’s this indie melancholy about it that’s more in keeping with the great British guitar bands like The Smiths right thru to Coldplay."
