Rihanna says new album is "completely different" to previous material
Rihanna has spoken about her long-awaited ninth album, revealing that it'll be "completely different" to her previous material.
While promoting her upcoming Savage X Fenty show, Rihanna provided some information about her highly-anticipated ninth album, revealing that it's due to be "completely different" from previous work.
Rihanna told Associated Press, "You're not gonna expect what you hear, just put that in your mind. Whatever you know of Rihanna's not gonna be what you hear. I'm really experimenting, and music is like fashion, you should be able to play, I should be able to wear whatever I want and I treat music the same way."
She added, "I'm having fun, and it's gonna be completely different."
