Having released their eponymous debut album in 2009, New Jersey quartet Real Estate have announced details of their brand new record. Promising timelessly melodic, achingly melancholic pop songs Days was recorded in Upstate New York with Kevin McMahon (The Walkmen) and will be released via Domino on 17 October. The new album will be preceded by a new 7” single ‘It’s Real’ (b/w ‘Blue Lagoon’), which you can download for free below.
