Ray Charles gets his own U.S postal stamp

He may have won countless Grammy awards during his career, but now Ray Charles will experience something posthumously that he never did throughout his lifetime – being honoured with his own stamp.

As Billboard report, the soul/R&B legend will be inducted into the U.S Postal Service’s Music Icons Forever limited-edition series. The stamp will also coincide with the release of an unreleased and previously unheard track from the musician, who passed away in 2004.
