Record Store Day will see the re-release of David Lynch’s The Air Is On Fire, a soundtrack the film director composed for an art exhibition in 2007.
The reissue will be pressed on vinyl for the first time by Sacred Bones on 19 April. It runs to 41 minutes in all and has been described by engineer Dean Hurley as a mixture of “dubbed industrial hip-hop” and “large steel factory samples”.
