Pussy Riot share new song "Track About Good Cop" after World Cup pitch invasion
Russian feminist protest punk-rock group Pussy Riot are back with a new offering "Track About Good Cop", which arrives after their World Cup final pitch invasion.
Pussy Riot are renowned for leading political protests, and have used their World Cup pitch invasion as a foundation for their new track "Track About Good Cop".
"Track About Good Cop" showcases a man in a Russian police uniform, personifying Pussy Riot's so-called “good cop” who dances in the snow and kisses under the clouds. The description credits styling in the video to Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Pussy Riot affiliate Gala Latygovskaya.
The new video comes with nine demands, topped by the request to release the four detained Pussy Riot members, as well as asking for Police to not make arrests, "for likes and reposts.", and to allow "Freedom of speech and expression in Russia."
During the World Cup final between France and Croatia on Sunday 15 July there was a pitch invasion which was later claimed to have been set up by Russia's protest group Pussy Riot.
The four pitch invaders have been detained for 15 days and banned from sporting events for four years after charging onto the pitch in police uniforms.
Current situation: the 4 pussy riot members spent the whole night at the police station (note that there are no conditions to sleep, eat, take a shower etc) and are still there — going to be brought to the court. They are facing charges for administrative offenses so far.

They used social media to own up to the situation that led to four of their members being detained, detailing their main demands, including a request to, "Allow political competition in the country."
