The Purple One has opened the floodgates of funkitude with "FUNKNROLL", a new track from his upcoming solo LP Art Official Age, and from 3rdEyeGirl's debut, Plectrumelectrum.
Laying somewhere between '20s cabaret-jazz, classic Prince, "Auld Lang Syne", Wings, Robyn and late '00s club fodder, it's... it's... hypnotic.
Listen to "FUNKNROLL" below. The tracklists for both Plectrumelectrum and Art Official Age are below even further. It seems like Prince's keyboard might be broken.
