Prince plays surprise show at London's Electric Ballroom, announces additional gig for tonight
Anyone with use of social media would have seen that Prince played a shock show at London’s intimate Electric Ballroom venue last night. Best Fit were at the show and can reveal that the legendary performer promised that he’d repeat the stint again on Wednesday night (5 February).
Prince had held a press conference at fellow singer Lianne LaHavas’ house earlier in the evening, before telling reporters that he would relocate to the Camden venue. Whilst at the Electric Ballroom, Prince let queuing fans experience what he called an “open soundcheck”.
According the BBC News, the singer will announce some more London shows shortly, wanting to charge “about $10 (£6) each” for tickets.
