Prince is set to play a series of six intimate concerts over three nights at Minneapolis’ Dakota Jazz Club this week, in the hope of finding a new drummer.
The funk icon will play two sets an evening, starting tonight (16 January) at the Mill City venue.
As CoS point out, the singer is reported to be looking for a new drummer for a rumoured upcoming tour, and hopes these shows will test the wits of hopefuls.
Tickets, costs ranging from $70-$200, are now sold-out.
