POZI announce new EP with lead outing "Sea Song"
South London's POZI are back with news of their forthcoming EP Typing, and have shared "Sea Song" as the first taster.
After releasing their last EP 176 during the first lockdown of the ongoing pandemic, POZI have returned with "Sea Song", which is a first preview of their Typing EP.
POZI say of the song, "The more meditative structure of the song and repetitive but slowly evolving nature of the lyrics reflects the patterns we see in nature, life cycles, human relationships and, also importantly, in pandemics. The song's subject matter, the sea, can be menacing, dark and unknown but can also bring about a huge feeling of freedom and abandon, which is comparable to the immense chasm of this recent global experience."
