Porridge Radio share new single "Circling"
Porridge Radio are back with new single "Circling", another preview of their forthcoming album Every Bad.
"Circling" arrives after January's lead single "Sweet", and sees the band embark on a gloomy bus ride.
Lead vocalist Dana Margolin says of the new offering, "A lot of the songs on Every Bad are centred around the sea, and "Circling" was one of the last songs focused on the water that I wrote for the album. I was thinking on the idea of willing things to be okay by repeating that they are, because I need them to be. I tried to follow the feeling of the flow of waves, and how they keep coming in endlessly, washing everything away without judgment, and then bringing it back again."
Every Bad will also feature previous singles "Lilac", "Don't Ask Me Twice", and "Give/Take".
Margolin adds of their new album, "A lot of it was figuring out how I want to exist in relation to others, and how to process my own feelings, how to be vulnerable, how to show people how I feel. I struggle with being vulnerable and being open, so that’s something I do through songs."
