Placebo confirm their eighth album is "finished and being primed for release"
Placebo have given an update on their long-awaited eighth album, revealing it's "finished" and "being primed for release".
The band haven't released new music since 2016's "Jesus' Son", which featured on their Life's What You Make It EP, but yesterday (2 May) morning Placebo provided an update on their new music via Twitter, writing, "Calling all Placebo fans worldwide on the 2nd of May! We hear the rallying cry for "new music & concerts" so please do not despair & trust that Album 8 is finished & being primed for release."
