Pixey delivers new single "I’m Just High"
Pixey has released new cut "I'm Just High" as the third taster of her upcoming debut mini-album Dreams, Pains & Paper Planes.
"I"m Just High" follows last month's "Recycled Paper Planes" and June's "Come Around (Sunny Day)", and lands with a Daniel Broadley-directed video.
Pixey says of the new outing, ""I’m Just High" is a track I wrote, recorded and co-produced between time in the studio and my own bedroom. The track itself is a double entendre. I like to put my own experiences into my music and I feel like this song is probably one of my most honest songs to date. I hope people can find some comfort in the song, I always like to write upbeat, groovy beats to personal struggles I’m still figuring out."
Over the weekend Pixey and Mint Royale shared their take on The Charlatans' "One To Another", which is the theme song for the 2022/23 Premier League season.
