Phoenix to play Super Bock Super Rock 2019
Phoenix are the latest bad to join the 25th birthday celebrations for Portugal's Super Bock Super Rock festival this summer.
Phoenix haven't released a new record since 2017's Ti Amo, but they'll perform on the Super Bock Stage on 19 July.
The French band join the likes of Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Janelle Monáe, Cat Power, Christine and the Queens, Jungle, Migos, Iron & Wine and Calexico, Metronomy, and many others for the 25th anniversary celebrations for the Portuguese festival.
We went to last year's festival, which saw performances from The xx, Travis Scott, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, The Vaccines, Mahalia, and more.
The festival's 25th edition will take place at Meco Beach in Sesimbra, which is south of Lisbon.
