Phoebe Bridgers strips back "Chinese Satellite" for Secretly Canadian’s 25th anniversary
Phoebe Bridgers has released an acoustic version of her Punisher track "Chinese Satellite" as part of Secretly Canadian's 25th anniversary singles series.
The stripped back version of "Chinese Satellite" was recorded at Sound City Studios, and is the latest outing from Secretly Canadian's 25th anniversary singles series, following Bright Eyes' cover of Thin Lizzy's "Running Back" that landed in January.
Secretly Canadian's ongoing 25th anniversary singles series aims to raise $250,000 for New Hope For Families, an organisation that provides "housing and other services to families experiencing homelessness in Bloomington and Monroe County, IN."
Earlier this month Bridgers covered Billie Eilish's "When The Party’s Over".
