Phoebe Bridgers' guitar that she smashed on SNL is up for auction
The Danelectro guitar that Phoebe Bridgers smashed during her Saturday Night Live performance in February is up for auction.
As part of the 32nd Annual GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Awards, Phoebe Bridgers' Danelectro guitar that she smashed up during her performance of "I Know The End" on Saturday Night Live back in February is being auctioned off.
The smashed guitar will be up for auction until 11 April 11:59am EDT (4:59pm BST), and while no details are given whether the guitar still works or not, the pictures show that a portion of the guitar's body on the left side is missing. Bridgers' smashed guitar has one bid so far for $5,500.
After Bridgers smashed guitar on SNL, she revealed on Twitter that Danelectro "wished me luck and told me they’re hard to break", and also revealed that the monitor she smashed was a fake one made especially for her to break.
