Patrick Watson teams up with Safia Nolin for lullaby French offering "Mélancolie"
Montreal's Patrick Watson and Québécois singer Safia Nolin unite to deliver delicate French track "Mélancolie".
"Mélancolie" is the third standalone single from Watson, after his charming "Melody Noir" and "Broken".
The new track is the first collaboration between the two Canadians. Speaking of their collaboration, Watson offers, "Safia and I got together in this November weather and wrote this song to share with you all."
Nolin adds, “I love working with my friends, and it was the first time I worked with Pat. I’m really pleased because the result is wonderful!”
Watson's standalone singles are yet to build to a project that follows up his 2016 movie soundtrack for The 9th Life of Louis Drax.
