Panda Bear features on new Maral song "On Your Way"

"On Your Way" is a collaboration between Maral and Animal Collective's Noah Lennox, aka Panda Bear, marking Lennox's first outing in over a year, after 2019's digital release of his A Day With The Homies EP.

According to Fact, Maral said of the collaboration, "Panda Bear and I started sharing sounds over quarantine and worked on a track together remotely. I really love the way Panda Bear drums, so I wanted that to be the central focus of the track and for it to feel like we are jamming in a basement in an alien world."

Maral added, "I had a very open approach to working on this track and we just sent each other the track back and forth until it took its final shape, and created our own way of collaborating. Something we also talked about is how people should feel comfortable approaching music making in their own way and not feel constrained by the standard idea of what music should sound like."
