Pa Salieu releases new "Mista / Lennon Freestyle"
After revealing that he's been removed from the 2022 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony next week, Pa Salieu has released his new "Mista / Lennon Freestyle".
"Mista / Lennon Freestyle" is Pa Salieu's first new outing since appearing on Mura Masa's "blessing me" with Skillibeng in May, and arrives a couple of days after Pa Salieu revealed he's been dropped from the 2022 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony on Monday (8 August) after failing a "background check".
When discussing the situation around his performance at the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony on socials earlier this week, Pa Salieu wrote, "What is the real reason here?? How can you fail a "background check" to perform at a closing ceremony. What does that even mean??"
As well as releasing "Mista / Lennon Freestyle" and collaborating with Mura Masa this year, Pa Salieu released a SoundCloud documentary in April titled The Return Of An Afrikan Rebel.
