P Money shares new cut "The Calling" as part of the Department for Education’s Fire It Up campaign
P Money is back with "The Calling", a new single released in collaboration with the Department for Education’s Fire It Up apprenticeships campaign.
Yesterday (23 January), the Department for Education announced a collaboration with SBTV founder Jamal Edwards MBE called Fire It Up.
The campaign will see Edwards work with seven apprentices to record, produce, and launch an exclusive soundtrack and music video to celebrate apprenticeships.
P Money's "The Calling" is the first product of the partnership. Check it out below.
Jamal Edwards MBE says of the partnership, "There’s still an assumption that you can only do apprenticeships in trades like plumbing and construction. That view really needs to be reversed, and I hope this track and accompanying films will help get the message out there. It’s been incredible to be given the creative freedom to produce something like this. I am really excited to be able to be part of this project and work with this talented group of apprentices, share my network, and help fire them up for the future."
"The Calling" is P Money's first new release since teaming up with Ocean Wisdom last year on "Breathin'".
