Aretha Franklin turns 72 this week, celebrating her birthday with a party over the weekend at which she revealed she’s working on new music with none other than Outkast man André 3000.
As Billboard report, the legendary R&B and soul singer said she’s prepping her first album release since 2011. “I think Andre 2000—is it two or three? 3000 is going to be doing some of the tracks,” she told reporters.
Grammy-winning producer Babyface is also signed up to helm the release.
