Only Real shares new track “Can’t Get Happy”
Niall Galvin, alias Only Real, is back with another bit of easy-going guitar-pop ahead of the 30 March release of his debut album Jerk At The End Of The Line.
Contrary to its title, “Can’t Get Happy” is tranquil and upbeat, fusing hazy psychedelia with some Caribbean-tinged drumming. As always, Galvin’s distinctive half-spoken/half-sung narration drives the track without harshing any of its mellow.
Only Real will by embarking on an extensive UK and European tour to support the release of Jerk. You can find the dates, and a stream for “Can’t Get Happy”, below.
