Nigerian singer/songwriter Omah Lay has released new track "Understand", which marks his first solo offering of the year.
"Understand" follows on from Omah Lay's appearance on last month's Masterkraft remix of Justin Bieber's "Peaches" alongside Alpha P.
Omah Lay says of the vulnerable song, "It was a tough one to record and I hope the fans listen, understand and connect with it. Most importantly, I hope she listens."
The Nigerian artist is yet to follow up last year's What Have We Done EP.
Omah Lay's "Understand" single is out now on Sire Records.
