Olivia Rodrigo returns with "deja vu" and announces highly-anticipated debut album
Olivia Rodrigo has followed up her huge hit "drivers license" with "deja vu", which is accompanied by news of her highly-anticipated debut album.
"deja vu" is the second track to be shared from Rodrigo's debut album after January's "drivers license" - which became the UK's longest-running Number One debut single since Gnarls Barkley's 2006 debut "Crazy" - and is accompanied by an Allie Avital-directed video co-starring Talia Ryder.
Rodrigo says of the new single, "The concept of deja vu has always fascinated me and I thought it would be cool to use it in a song around the complex feelings after a relationship ends. I started writing and recording "deja vu" last fall and had so much fun creating the different melodies and sonic textures that you hear throughout."
The new single is also accompanied by a release date for Rodrigo's highly-anticipated debut album, which has a temporary name of *O*R on the pre-order page and will feature 11 tracks.
