Odd Future's The Internet share new track 'Partners In Crime Part Two'
The Internet, the electro-soul brainchild of Odd Future producers Syd tha Kyd and Matt Martians, have released the first taster of their upcoming album, Feel Good.
The duo have long been urging people to appreciate them and their band as an accomplished group in their own right, a claim for which there is no better evidence than the robust jam of ‘Partners In Crime Part Two’.
The rhythm section is in full effect, with drummer Christopher Smith and bassist Patrick Paige laying a muscular groove, while The Stepkids‘ Jeff Gitelman lends a dexterous and carnal guitar riff to proceedings. With Tay Walker effulgent as ever on the keys, Syd can demonstrate a seductive vocal talent, and one markedly developed since their debut album Purple Naked Ladies.

With appetites whetted, Syd also came up with the goods on Feel Good‘s release date, having last week postponed the reveal. The record will drop on 24 September.
#FeelGood is gonna sound like our live show. September 24th, you’ll have it all.
