Noah Cyrus shares cover of Bon Iver's "Re: Stacks"
Noah Cyrus has shared a cover of Bon Iver's "Re: Stacks", which is released as part of Spotify's Singles series building up to the 2021 Grammys this weekend.
Ahead of the Grammys taking place this weekend, Spotify have recruited the Best New Artist nominees to reccord a reimagined version one of their own songs, as well as a cover from a past Best New Artist nominee.
Noah Cyrus is the latest Best New Artist nominee to take part in the Spotify Singles series, and sees Cyrus cover Bon Iver's For Emma, Forever Ago album closer "Re: Stacks", as well as reimagined version of her own "July" track.
Bon Iver won the Best New Artist Grammy Award in 2012.
Cyrus says of her cover choice, "When thinking about what song I wanted to cover and looking at the incredible list of past winners of the Best New Artist category, as soon as I saw Bon Iver’s name I knew exactly which song I was going to do - "Re: Stacks". It’s one of my favourite songs of all time, and Bon Iver is an artist I have always looked up to and am constantly inspired by."
