Nine Inch Nails have made a welcome return with leviathan new cut "Burning Bright (Field On Fire)".
The six-minute song is the first taste of Nine Inch Nails' upcoming five-track EP Not The Actual Events, the first since 2013's Hesitation Marks and first with Atticuss Ross as an official member. It's described as "unrecognisable" from their film work together.
“It's an unfriendly, fairly impenetrable record that we needed to make,” says Trent Reznor. “It’s an EP because that ended up being the proper length to tell that story.”
NIN's Not The Actual Events EP is out 23 December. Pre-order now.
