Niki & the Dove thrill at London show
Last night saw Swedish duo Niki & the Dove take to the London stage for their most anticipated headline show to date.
The band played to a packed room (including the likes of Alex Metric, Wolf Gang and Starsmith) in East London’s Cargo with a set that stacked up the highlights from each of their EPs to date. A new song ‘Tomorrow’ was also premièred to an enthusiastic reception, with fellow Swedes Icona Pop hauled up by Malin and Gustav to assist on backing vocals. They joined a trio of percussionists and Niki’s trademark dancers who flanked either side of the stage.
The band’s long-awaited debut is set to drop in spring next year.
