Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds to release double album next week
Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds have confirmed their new double album Ghosteen, and it's arriving next week.
In the latest posts on Nick Cave's The Red Hand Files site, the Australian musician has provided details of the new Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds album, Ghosteen.
Having received multiple questions about their next album, Cave finally gave in, and revealed that Ghosteen is arriving next week, "You can expect a new album next week. It is called Ghosteen. It is a double album."
Cave also revealed the tracklist for the double album, and wrote, "Part 2 consists of two long songs, linked by a spoken word piece."

Closing his response on The Red Hand Files site, Cave wrote, "The songs on the first album are the children. The songs on the second album are their parents. Ghosteen is a migrating spirit."
Ghosteen will be Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds' first album since 2016's Skeleton Tree.
