Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds donate rare items to charity auction
Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds have contributed a few rare items to a charity auction raising money for the Clocktower Sanctuary homeless charity in Brighton.
Back in June, Nick Cave donated a pair of sparkly Gucci socks to help North London music venue Trinity stay afloat amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Today (9 November), Trinity Auction House announced that an upcoming charity auction raising funds for the Clocktower Sanctuary homeless charity in Brighton will include a few items from Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds.
Warren Ellis has provided a guitar pedal that he's been using since 1998 to be auctioned off for the charity. The pedal was used on various Bad Seeds, Grinderman and Dirty Three tours. Clash notes that the pedal was also used to record Abattoir Blues and "Dig! Lazarus! Dig!".
Clash also confirms that Cave has contributed a couple of items to the charity auction - a signed lyric sheet, and a sold out charm from his Cave Things online store.
