New music site Hurd launches vinyl & craft beer/cider subscription boxes
A new vinyl subscription service aims to combine music discovering with booze discovery.
Hurd’s vinyl subscription club press one emerging artist to vinyl each month and deliver it to members door complete with four craft beers or ciders.
Each month a different artist is pressed. “It could be someone signed or unsigned, someone well-known or an artist bubbling on the surface of exposure, but we promise it will always be an artist with excitement and something special,” Hurd say.
Member can choose between matching the vinyl with craft beer, craft cider, a mixture of both or the vinyl only, with drinks always from independent producers.
The boxes start at £17.99 per month for biannual memberships and all packages come with free shipping.
The artist kicking off the subscription boxes is Trudy and The Romance. Hurd members will receive a double A-side royal blue 7” with their newest single “My Baby’s Gone Away”, and a second single yet to be released. It’s the only physical copy of the two tracks.
