New DMX song featuring Bootsy Collins and more released while rapper is hospitalised
Despite DMX's manager confirming that the rapper is still "on life support" yesterday (8 April) a new track titled "X Moves" featuring Bootsy Collins, Steve Howe and Ian Paice has been unveiled.
Amid DMX's hospitalisation, a new song from the rapper called "X Moves" has been shared, and features Bootsy Collins, Yes guitarist Steve Howe and Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice.
The new song arrives shortly after DMX's manager Steve Rifkind shared a video on Instagram pleading for people to stop posting rumours about DMX's state after the rapper suffered a heart attack last week.
Rifkind also confirmed in the video that the rapper remains "on life support". He said, "DMX is still alive. Yes, he is on life support, but please, it’s not helping anybody by having them see these false rumors. Let the family relax for a night. You will be hearing a statement from the family sometime tomorrow. I’ve been with DMX for the past three years. So the only thing I ask is just please, stop with the rumors. He is still alive, and he is on life support."
