
New BBC documentary on People Just Do Nothing confirmed
A new BBC documentary charting the journey of People Just Do Nothing has been confirmed, titled Kurupting The Industry: The People Just Do Nothing Story.
Following the announcement of their feature film People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan and Kurupt FM's Craig David collaborationn "Summertime" in May, a new documentary about the Kurupt FM crew has been announced.
BBC has confirmed that the new documentary, titled, Kurupting The Industry: The People Just Do Nothing Story, will be coming to BBC Three, and will chart the journey of the group's Kurupt FM career, including interviews with the show's stars Allan Mustafa, Steve Stamp, Asim Chaudhry and Hugo Chegwin, as well as appearances from fans of the show including Clara Amfo, Martin Freeman, Dizzee Rascal and recent collaborator Craig David.
Ash Atalla, Executive Producer, said, "With the Big in Japan movie coming out it felt a good time to look back at our People Just Do Nothing story. And who knows, next year maybe we’ll release a documentary about this documentary."
