Netflix drops first clip of Kanye West documentary JEEN-YUHS set for release in 2022
After buying a Kanye West documentary that's been in the works for over two decades back in April, Netflix has shared a first clip of the upcoming film titled JEEN-YUHS that's due out next year.
Back in April it was reported that Netflix bought a Kanye West documentary that covers two decades of his life and work, including his rise to fame, his music and fashion career, his presidential bid, the loss of his mother and more.
On Saturday (25 September) the streaming platform shared a first clip of the documentary titled JEEN-YUHS, which sees a young Kanye West rapping with Mos Def.
Billboard reported in April that Netflix acquired the documentary for $30 million from TIME Studios and film production duo Coodie & Chike (who directed West's "Jesus Walks (Version 3)" and "Through the Wire" videos).
