NAO is third in this year's BBC Sound Of poll
London electro-R&B singer/songwriter NAO takes third place on the BBC Sound Of 2016 shortlist.
Blossoms were yesterday named fourth in the poll, while Monday saw WSTRN and Mura Masa jointly named fifth.
NAO, a Guildhall School of Music & Drama-trained jazz vocalist and former session musician (Kwabs, Jarvis Cocker), featured on Disclosure's second record Caracal last year, and has been steadily releasing her own singles to significant applause.
Last year's BBC Sound Of winners were dance-pop trio Years & Years, who went on to release debut album Communion over the summer.
