Naeem releases new banger "Stone Harbor"
Naeem is back with new track "Stone Harbour", a final preview of his forthcoming debut LP Startisha before it drops on Friday (12 June).
"Stone Harbor" is, in Naeem's own words, "a simple love song to my boyfriend, written in and named after the shore town he and his family spend their summers, Stone Harbor, NJ."
It's the fourth single to be shared from Startisha, after earlier outings "You and I" (Silver Apples cover), "Woo Woo Woo" featuring Amanda Blank and Micah James, and Justin Vernon and Swamp Dogg collaboration "Simulation".
Work started on Startisha four years ago when Naeem worked with producers Sam Green and Grave Goods in Philadelphia. Following those sessions he retreated to Vernon's home studio in Minneapolis. The album includes contributions from Ryan Olson (Gayngs, Poliça), Velvet Negroni and Francis and the Lights.
