Mykki Blanco and Blood Orange unite on new track "It's Not My Choice"
Mykki Blanco has joined forces with Blood Orange on new track "It's Not My Choice", which arrives as the final preview of their Broken Hearts & Beauty Sleep mini-album before it arrives in full on Friday (18 June).
"It's Not My Choice", which features vocals, cello, keyboard, and drum machines from Blood Orange’s Dev Hynes, is the fourth track to be lifted from Mykki Blanco's mini-album, following "Summer Fling" featurinng Kari Faux, Jamila Woods and Jay Cue collaboration "Love Me" and "Free Ride".
The new song is produced by FaltyDL (with additional production from Hynes), and also features backing vocals from Mykal Kilgore, Leah King and L1ZY.
Broken Hearts & Beauty Sleep is largely produced by FaltyDL, and will also include collaborations with Big Freedia, Bruno Ribeiro and more.
