With Christmas looming, many of London’s music fans flocked to the city’s Spitalfields market for the second day of this weekend’s Independent Label Market.
The second day’s affair saw the likes of Heavenly, Luv Luv Luv, Fear & Records and Rough Trade set up shop next to your regular Sunday shopping stalls.
Among the special releases on offer were gift-wrapped lucky dips from WIAIWYA and Memphis Industries, as well as a vinyl pressing of Tim Wheeler and Emmy The Great’s Christmas album, sold by Emmy herself.
But it wasn’t just Xmas-themed records on sale, many stalls came equipped with baked goods for the occasion, with particularly good treats coming from Robot Elephant and Analogue Enhanced Digital Records.
You can see photos from yesterday’s instalment here and check back later for today’s snaps, plus interviews with the punters and label bosses.
