Mt. Wolf unveil sprawling opus "The Electric", the first taste of their debut album
Mt. Wolf are back with "The Electric", the first single to be taken from their upcoming debut album.
The six-and-a-half minute elegy comes with a a lyric video that splices together shots of wartorn landscapes, death, destruction, and despair. The track itself is a monumental composition, stretching across vast sonic realms and hurtling towards infinity - "The Electric" is a huge mesh of doom-laden post punk, cinematic tsunamis of noise, and prismatic melodies.
"The Electric" is the London trio's first new material since last year's "Golden" and their Hex EP.
Mt. Wolf are currently in the studio working with Ken Thomas (Sigur Rós, M83, Daughter) on their long-awaited, as-yet-untitled debut record. It's due "shortly before summer".
