Mr Jukes and Barney Artist announce collaborative album with new cut "Vibrate"
Mr Jukes and Barney Artist are back with news of their upcoming joint album The Locket, and have unveiled new single "Vibrate" to accompany the announcement.
Mr Jukes, aka Bombay Bicycle Club's Jack Steadman, and Barney Artist reunited last month on collaborative single "Blowin Steam (Open Up Your Mind)", and have today (10 May) returned with a second single "Vibrate", which is teamed with news of their joint album The Locket.
Barney Artist says of the song, ""Vibrate" was the very last song we made for the album. It really summarises mine and Jack’s relationship which is great vibes with a meaningful message."
The new track is accompanied by a video that sees both of them at an empty Alton Towers after initially wanting to go there to to film on a rollercoaster to help Barney Artist overcome his fear for the rides.
Barney Artist adds of their upcoming 10-track album, "The aim is to bring hope to people after the maddest year."
Prior to releasing "Blowin Steam (Open Up Your Mind)", Barney Artist worked with Mr Jukes on his debut solo album track "From Golden Stars Comes Silver Dew" alongside Lalah Hathaway.
