Mr Jukes and Barney Artist preview joint album with fourth single "Gratitude"
Mr Jukes and Barney Artist have unveiled new song "Gratitude" as the latest preview of their forthcoming collaborative album The Locket.
"Gratitude" is the final song on the pair's upcoming joint album The Locket, and features a sample of gospel singer Pastor T. L. Barrett.
Mr Jukes, aka Bombay Bicycle Club's Jack Steadman, says of the track, "It was quite fitting that we recorded this song - which samples a wonderful gospel singer called Pastor T. L. Barrett - in my old bedroom which overlooked an old church. Barney was looking for the right words and I suggested he take a walk around the churchyard. He came back with the whole second verse."
The Locket will also feature Mr Jukes and Barney Artist's earlier releases "Blowin Steam (Open Up Your Mind)", "Vibrate" and "Check The Pulse" featuring Kofi Stone.
Last month the duo launched their own hot sauce named after the album's lead single - Blowin’ Steam.
